Privacy policy
This page explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we handle it, in plain English.
What you send us
When you submit our contact form, we receive:
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- Whichever of the following you choose to share: the vehicle you’re asking about, your timing, trade-in details, employer, monthly income range, available down payment, vehicle type, your question topic, preferred contact method, preferred time of day, and any message you write.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or driver’s license number through the website. Those come up in person if and when you apply for financing on the lot.
What your browser shares automatically
Like any website, loading this one means your browser connects to the services that run it. Each of them receives your IP address and basic browser details as part of that request:
- Netlify hosts the site and delivers form submissions.
- Supabase stores the vehicle listings shown on the page.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces.
- OpenStreetMap draws the map in the Visit section.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and this site does not set cookies of its own. If you switch between dark and light mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device (local storage). It never leaves your device.
Links to Google Maps, Google Reviews, Instagram, and Facebook take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry. A real person at the dealership reads what you sent and gets back to you by the method you picked: phone, text message, or email.
If you share employer, income, or down payment details for a pre-approval, we use them only to review your request and talk through options with you. Financing itself is handled in person, with its own paperwork.
If you asked us to text you and would rather we didn’t, tell us by reply, phone, or email and we’ll stop.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketing partners. Your form submission is delivered to choiceauto9255@gmail.com. Netlify handles it briefly to deliver it, under its own privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry in our email for as long as it is useful for following up. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to:
- See what information of yours we have on record.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information from our records.

Children
This website and our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top. The current version always lives at this address. See also our terms of use.
